Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses across Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, most orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy holiday periods or because of carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Some products may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Holiday orders

For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering early. Orders placed close to the holidays may not arrive in time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us through our Contact page and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always do our best to help.
