Track your order

Every MYSTRA order comes with a tracking number.

Where to find your tracking link

1. Check your email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder too.
2. Check your account. If you checked out with an account, log in to see your orders and their status.
3. Still can't find it? Contact us with your order number and email address and we'll send it to you.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Canada usually takes 7–12 business days. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after your order ships.
